Account frozen

I would like to vent my disappointment with the service I am receiving from FNB. I had a KYC issue that resulted in my funds being withheld by the bank immediately without notice. I have since reached out to the bank and provided all the documents they need but to my surprise, the bank still hasn't unlocked the account for me to transact like everyone else. This is a serious inconvenience that required immediate action as soon as I provided all the required documents.
