Account froze

I am utterly disappointed and disgusted to what FNB has done to me. I received my tax return on Wednesday then Thursday my salary was paid out . Do know what happened ? FNB has froze my bank account for what good reason I don’t know. This sadness me cause I’ve got bills to pay and other things, honestly FNB had failed me and as per consumer protection I’m opening a case upon the bank! In my entire life existence I’ve never dealt with such and I’m never recommending the bank to my family or friends because FNB is a serious joke . To top it up I’ve got a minus now which will impact my account
