Account Fees added without me using the account

I changed banks in January 2015 and forgot to close the account because i still wanted to keep it but then i forgot to close the account i app**** for debt arrangements and up to now the bank just add fees my balance went up to R-1,401.26 the bank called and i ask them to close the account or block it until i settled the account that was two months ago and then they said i can let FNB write it off but then it will reflect bad behind my name and i said i want to pay it off month to month but how can i if they keep on adding fees at the end i will never pay the full amount due to every time i pay they add monthly fees to the account. Please help if there is anything otherwise im just going to ignore this because they suppose to help you not push you away. this is not the first time.<br> <br> Please close my 32day notice account also not using it no more.
