Account downgrade still not processed! Bait and switch complaint not addressed.
Still waiting for them to downgrade my account again, after their bait and switch upgrade when I did an application for a overdraft extension. They can upgrade accounts within seconds, yet to downgrade, it takes multiple phone calls, a visit to the bank itself, and demands that I submit paperwork in order to process the downgrade, in order for me to prove who I am. Yet I am to believe on THEIR word ALONE that they are indeed fnb, and refuses to proof that they are indeed the bank, and not some ******* taking chances to obtain personal information.

FNB is demanding paperwork they are already in possession with as of the last FICA demands done within the last 6 months.
