ACCOUNT DOWNGRADE HORROR

Why Does FNB makes it sooo difficult for one to downgrade their account!!! I have been to the branch, called their call centre on numerous occasions and there is always "Something". CAN YOU PLEASE DOWNGRADE MY PRIVATE CLIENTS TO GOLD!
