Account downgrade

I requested for account downgrade in Dec and was told it will take only few days for account to be downgraded then my card was canceled on the 24th of Dec,l. But today I being charged R300+ for an account that I requested for downgrade because of monthly fees, I'm so not happy with Fnb at this point.
