Account debited without consent

On Tuesday at 18:00, received two messages from FNB that they debited my account with the amount of R 129.99 , R 959.98 on Itunes.com/bill and R30.00 from anchorage inn. I immediately called their ***** line and they cancelled the card then sent me a dispute form via email. My question is why will the allow money to go off on an account which is a Cheque Account and have R58.00 on it. I didn't not make this transactions and I had my card with me. It's clear that they want to make money out of the transaction more than protecting their client. Now my salary have to be put in the same account that now has a minus R 1062.00, so they want to take my money to compensate the ***** they allow to debit my money. To this day they haven't responded or do something about this matter. My debit orders are suppose to run but I can't put money in my account, who is going to be responsible for the payments of those debit orders when they bounce. Because clearly they don't want to deal with their mess. I'm going to cancel this account and the other two Business Accounts with them if they don't clear my account today back to the amount of R58 that was in my account. FNB it's your call to sort this or I'm moving my accounts to a bank that will protects my accounts, clearly you not competent to do so. I'm really disappointed FNB .

There is no use writing a response just for people to see that you responded. While nothing has been done to correct the mess you did in my account. Like I said I have debit orders that must run from the 29 in that account and you still haven’t reversed the amount you allowed to be used in my account while you know that there is insufficient funds. I think you don’t take your clients serious FNB and your staff are *********** because they don’t even know what forms must be submitted after a person has report ***** in their account. The only thing the know is to cancel a card which I’m capable of doing that myself on my online banking. Effect the reversal of those amounts ASAP then I will know that I can trust you to protect my money, cause by the look of this everyone you assign to sort this out they don’t know what to do, which is sad. I’m closing this account today if you don’t reverse those transactions in order to put money for my debit orders. I’m also moving my two business accounts to another bank. It’s up to you to see that this is done.
