Account debited in error resulting in unpaid while agreement in place

Dear FNB

I have a variation agreement in place for my Revolving Loan suspending payment until end of March 2025, yet my DDA account was debited today with the loan installment resulting in the following: 1. Record of an unpaid which is not a true reflection resulting in a lower FR rating and bad taste when my bank statement is presented for any applications 2. Unpaid fee of R105 3. Time and effort having to draft this complaint as it takes even longer to engage with someone telephonically or via app Please assist by: 1. Engaging with Revolving Loans Dept so that they are aware of the variation agreement that is in place 2. Ensure that the d/o does not bill for the duration of the variation agreement and provide me with proof of such 3. Provide me with correspondence in the form of a letter confirming that the unpaid was due to the bank's error and not not provided for 4. Reverse the unpaid item fee

You may contact me on cell as on your records but please advise me via message when you will call as I do not sit and wait for calls daily. Thank you Charlene Davids

FNB has in 2 days only sent me a standard reply to say there are looking into my complaint. I can see that they have NO idea of what to do as this complaint was escalated to personal loans and not revolving loans !!!! Get your act together now please I want someone who knows what they are doing to call me within the nxt hour or I will talk to JC.

And still no resolution accept for an email with some vague inaccurate information. Numerous emails sent and no one serms to care, FNB what has happened to you? Should I approach your board members directly?
