account debit twice in one month
<p>An amount of 4,832 has been debited in my acoount in a spce of 2 weeks of which its more than my onstallement amount and niether did they bother to inform me about this.</p> <p> My account was dibbited twice last month and they said they will fix the problem but they did it again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need my funds refunded back to my account immediately. Im never recommending fnb to any one and im changing my account with them today.</p> <p> </p> <p>My id number: ********** 146082 </p> <p> </p> <p>I expect this to be sorted out immediately</p>
I was promissed a refund within 48 hours. It is now more than 48 hours and still havent received my money back.
How is one supposed to trust their own bank if you keep in lying to the face of your customers.
