ACCOUNT DEBIT ORDER PROBLEM & POOR CONNECTIVITY
I was ported to FNB Connect from Vodacom and my first installment as per agreement was supposed to take place on the 1st Nov. Around the 15th Oct I received an SMS from FNB Connect reminding me that my debit order will take place on the 25th of October. I phoned them and queried why the 25th as it is not what we had agreed on. After the angry confrontational conversation I had with the consultant, my debited was moved to the 1st as agreed in the first place. Just yesterday, *** I receive another message again, about my debit order having to go off on the 25th Dec. I am not going to phone FNB Connect AGAIN to correct this AGAIN- my agreement with FNB as far as I am concerned is the 1st and should they decide to debit on the 25th, maybe I should reverse the transaction to teach them to listen to their clients- It doesn't help that even their network is so POOR and INEFFICIENT- I regret why I left my former network for a DOUBLE HEADACHE FNB CONNECT - FNB CONNECT IS NOT AS EFFICIENT AS IT IS ADVERTISED TO BE- GET FNB CONNECT IF YOU WANT TO BE PERMANENTLY FRUSTRATED, ASK ME, I KNOW!!!
