Account corrections

The app is appalling! I transferred monies to my credit account and two days later it’s not reflective, however the monies have been deducted from the sum amount on my cheque account. I was advice transfers take up to 24 hours to reflect… 2 days later still nothing. The app keeps crashing… and it doesn’t show any response from your online/chat consultants nor does it show previous messages… and I’m constantly disconnected and put back into queue for the same thing to repeat itself once directed to a consultant.

Please get a someone to get to the bottom of this and fix it immediately.
