Account closures and paid up letters

After being under debt review, all my debts were paid up at the end of Oct 2017 and since then I have called the debt review centre, loans department numerous times and I have sent 4 emails as I was instructed to do requesting the paid up letters, to date I have received nothing, I then contacted the debt review centre on Tuesday and spoke to Carol at approximately 1610, she assured me that she was going to escalate the issues to her manager and send me an email with the reference number as she could not cc me in on internal mail, until now I have received nothing, I tried calling again and I wait and wait due to high call demand, I now refuse to call anymore and waste money. In the meantime money that was owing to me from my cheque account has already had charges deducted from it and the smart spend loans have accrued interest!! What an absolute cheek!I have paid you what was owed and I am not paying another cent after the bad bad service I have received. I want these account CLOSED with immediate effect, the R126 that was owing to me paid into my savings, I want letters stating that each one of my accounts has been paid up and the accounts are closed. If this issue is not resolved within the next 48 hours I will be taking this to the Ombudsman!!!! FNB have called and called hounding me for payment now you have payment and you don't care!!!!SHOCKING!!!! The only accounts to remain open, are my savings/savings pocket/my two investment accounts and the bond account!!!Please resolve this issue!!
