Account closure hassle

I have been requesting to close my FNB account and l have called several times only to never get any assistance but to keep getting transferred from one agent to another who will tell you that they can't assist you.lt is really so annoying that they give you a million numbers to call for help and you call to only waste your time whilst you get zero assistance.
