Account Closure

I requested account closure on 2 Jan 2026, I am given a run around and I am being charged R560 for service fees. I spoke to more than 5 consultants to no avail, I went to Keywest Mall, the lady assisted me however when she called her counterparts in Cards division she was not assisted as well. I would.lije the account to be closed, service fees to be refunded back to my account.
