Account Closure

I've paid my overdraft on 24/02/2024 and requested for the account to be closed. First I was told I need to cancel the overdraft online, which does not allow you to. You can only reduce it to R1000. Then on 01/03 I get charged for the facility fee. I just want the account to be closed please can someone help me?
