Account closure and bank charges

I paid up my credit card last month and requested that the account is closed. The account is still open, I have actually been charged for this month's bank charges. How when my account is meant to be shut down The personal banker ignored my request to have the charges reversed and close the account. Please reverse the charges and close the account.
