Account Closure

i have requested that my account be closed and a payment arrangement be done for my overdraft as i have had issues with FNB debiting my account sporadically with amounts other than what was arranged, which caused me to move banks.<br> <br> i have just seen a letter stating that my overdraft is due and when i called to confirm that my account had been closed and if i could go onto a payment arrangement the person on the line called George informed me they would not close the account and that i would still be liable for the bank charges ontop of what i owed, i find that very negative.<br> <br>
