Account Closure

We have been trying to close the estate late account at ladybrand branch. all the docuemnts that where outstanding have been taken to the branch. Its almost 3 months now and we were told it will take 21 days for the account to be closed. we keep calling the branch and they keep telling us they will call us back but they never do. The account is having monthly fee every month. We just need the account to be closed.
