Account Closed without consent

I write as a very irate client after my business account (House of Fruits) was closed by FNB without my knowledge, this is the same account where all the transactions that occur in my store are banked this has had a very negative impact on my business as transactions that were meant to be banked into this account may have been reversed I feel mistreated and bul**** by FNB and demand that the funds that were meant to be banked be refunded. What kind of bank closes an account without an individuals consent I believe its in every account holders right to be informed should an account be closed for whatever reason I am also very disappointed with the service I have received from your consultants as I called your business desk on *** and spoke to a consultant who did very little in providing assistance. I believe a query should always be logged for a client never should a client be bashed with an email address in-order to get an issue resolved . I am very much annoyed by this whole ordeal and would like this matter to be resolved ASAP
