Account closed during covid - 19 being abroad

My account has been closed for the second time while I am abroad with no notification or any authorisation from me. I have informed my local branch that I was going to be traveling. However they just seem to close it after they feel there's "no movement" . I have to other Banks in SA and so far they have not let me down once! Thank god for them as currently we have a virus and this has changed many dynamics. If it wasn't for planning I would of been stranded. You clearly cannot rely on FNB.
