Account closed

I have bad experience with Fnb.. My business partnership account was blocked or closed without my knowledge. I have been in the call with for the past week, going in and out of the bank without any help. Send couple of emails to different people without any reply.

I use that account for business and I have clients and suppliers in and out side south Africa who use that account to send money for me to buy stock and purchase orders for them.

There was one payment from Namibia of my clients who accidentally used wrong reference when sending money to me.. As a results the funds was returned to her which is okay but you can't decide to close my account based on the fact only.

I just need my funds that is that account that because it belongs to my clients who now this I am making up stories regarding their funds.

I received nothing but a poor service from the bank.
