Account closed by FNB and money disappeared

An account of mine was closed requesting it to get fica. After numerous attempts and complying with the request no one can help me. I have been transferred from one person to another from one department to another, every person has a different story, with no clear outcome or answer on where my money is or where the account is. This was money I've saved for years for her 18th birthday and now it has "disappeared " of my list of accounts with no answer from anyone. I've spoken to numerous people and departments. The very first person could tell me the account was closed and I need to fica the account to activate it. I did that. From there, every enquiry has been a dead end. Is this so hard for FNb to deal with or has my money been ****** by the bank? Unacceptable service and very disappointing. *********** staff not capable of doing what they are supposed to. I'm currently travelling but the fica was done in the country and now I need to struggle with this issue while abroad. They don't accept my international contact number.

An account of mine was wrongfully closed, supposedly pending FICA documentation. I comp**** with this request immediately. Yet, despite multiple follow-ups, no one at FNB seems capable of resolving this issue. I’ve been shuffled from person to person, department to department, each with a different version of events, and still no concrete answer on the status of my account or, more importantly, where my money is.

This was money I spent years saving for my daughter’s 18th birthday—and now it’s simply vanished from my account list. One person initially told me to FICA the account to reactivate it. I did exactly that. Since then, every single enquiry has hit a dead end. What kind of operation is this? Is FNB seriously suggesting it’s this difficult to track a customer's account and funds?

I’m currently travelling, yet the FICA process was completed while I was still in the country. Now I’m being forced to fight for answers internationally, while FNB refuses to even accept my international contact number. This is unacceptable.

Is my money being held hostage by incompetence—or has it been ****** by the bank? The service I’ve received has been nothing short of disgraceful, and the staff I've dealt with have clearly shown they are not equipped to do their jobs. I expect immediate escalation and a full investigation into what happened to my account and funds.

Do not ignore this. I want answers—and I want them now.
