Account closed but still debit order processed

ON 19 May I enquired what the settlement amount of the personal loan was. I received a paid up letter that stated the account is paid in full and closed. Today a debit order has come off my account for the loan that was suppoedly paid in full and closed. The reference number was [REF:***]. I would like the money back today still!
