ACCOUNT CLOSED BUT RECEIVED ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS

i placed myself under administration to pay my debts. after 3 years of paying DEBTRESCUE to manage my accounts i requested statements from my creditors. FNB send me an statement reflecting that the account was closed and no more monies due and that DEBTRESCUE and the credit bureau has been notified.<br> <br> i compared my statement from debtrescue and noticed that FNB was still receiving payments for a period of 5 months after closure (R 1086,86 PM) <br> <br> FNB notified me that those monies were used for lawyers fees???? how is that possible if the account was closed. surely FNB could have notified me or debtrescue that they were receiving payments on an closed account<br> <br> I feel that FNB must refund me those extra payments without delay
