Account closed - but on ITC
I've CLOSED and PAID-UP my FNB Credit Card 10 months ago. Yet it still shows as OPEN/ACTIVE on Experian with a Balance outstanding. This is incorrect and needs to be rectified. As it naturally increases my credit exposure incorrectly. I'm complaining here because previous requests have been ignored.
