Account closed and settle but still pulling debt order

I had a covid-91 relief loan account. I have settle this on account on 18 September 2021. I have even got a message from FNB that they are busy closing the account. On the 23 September 2021 FNB pull a debit order again for this account. When I spoke to FNB they say I must phone back on the 25 September 2021 then they can reverse the debit order. Also since when is FNB now taking debit orders so early in the month?
