account charges

I am tired of being given the run around by *********** staff. Went into 4 Merchant place branch to open an investment and from onset ,was not pleasant. Opened a Money maximiser and was told there would be no charge. Now i am been charged R65 per month. Went back to the branch and was told by the same consultant(Nikita Lansdell) that there shouldn't be any chargers. I asked for feedback to be provided and i am still waiting. Please can someone competent call me in order to get this matter resolved. I don't have an issue taking the invest to another bank if this is the service one will be getting
