Account Blocked - Only person who can help already left for home.

I had a missed call and received an sms from FNB at 15:00 this afternoon, informing that my account has been blocked due to reported ********** activity. My salary is being paid into my account tonight. I phoned the number provided - no answer. I phoned the general number, they cannot assist. Only the person assigned to this case, Faizal Prinsloo, can assist me and this person has left work already. In the meantime, my salary will be paid into an account which is blocked and I have no idea why it was blocked. How can only one person in a national banking institution be able to assist me with my query. Pathetic. Once this is sorted out, it is good bye FNB!!!!!! And this on payday and a day before national lockdown.
