Account Blocked, horrible service

My business account was blocked due to a ***** attempt, I recieved no communication firstly, I had to find out myself when the card was declining and I coudnt make payments, I then went into the bank branch and they told me they coudnt do anything, I have to phone the ***** line, I called the ***** line and they just kept transferring me around, gave me the number of the investigator and the number didn’t even work, they told me i would receive communications but still NOTHING - worst bank in sa stay away - my accounts are still blocked it’s been 2 weeks now and I’m trying to run two businesses
