Account Blocked For The Second Time

My name is Jomba Norman Ngcobo. My account number is ***. In April 2022 I participated in a group stokvel with some of my church members, things didn't go according to plan as some members would borrow money and not pay it back. This resulted in some members not receiving their fund on time. I refunded Sabelo Mejeke and Zukiswa Have Majeke with cash that was R1500 since we attend the same church. They reported my account in April and it was closed. In June my account was opened again. I had placed bets with Hollywood bets and as soon as I received funds from Hollywood bets my account was closed again. Please kindly reopen my account, I need the money that is in that account as I'm now unemployed and sometimes my kids go to bed without eating anything.
