Account blocked for over a year now

FNB you are the most pathetic bank in the country. Every week I have to request that you guys sort out my issue which transpired a year ago. How many times am I supposed to tell you that I did refund the two people that I owed R1000. I gave them cash since it was a church stokvel yet you are requesting for proof of payments. How the hell was I supposed to pay them when my FNB Account was blocked..I've been asking you for more then three weeks now to just verse the damn money back but you just don't want to do that or bother to call. You guys have the most ****ed up service ever, you just don't give a **** about your clients. You hear one side of the story and you are too quick to close peoples accounts.
