Account blocked for no reason

good day hellopeter please come to my rescue I have been unfarly treated but FNB bank in- Botshabelo (9781) branch code 250655 they freezed and blocked my account now without informing me now I'm broke and in struggling financially because I can't withdraw or make use of my money I went to the branch but they did not help me at instead they opresed and told me that they have opened a *****ulent case against me under cace number *** they ********ly treated me because they didn't even what any proof from me to show that I have nothing to do with ***** when I tell them that I have all proof that the money they holded its mine I buy products online and resell them back to a company called BigDeal Shopping and that money helps me to provide for my family because I'm unemployed and I don't have any complain against BigDeal Shopping because it is reliable to me when I buy they deliver my products when I resell the products to them they pay me for me to realize that my money it's on hold by FNB on Friday 30th June 2023 when I was checking my payment from BigDeal Shopping FNB took all my money and left me with 13cent and they are telling me that they will never bring back my money because my account is under Investigation for what I don't know because they even change their statement by say the case is not against me but against BigDeal shopping so I really don't know what do to do any more please help me to get my money back from FNB bank I can't even buy food for my family because FNB took my last money
