Account blocked for FICA docs required by KYC. I demand the account to be reopened immediately. I will close all my accounts if not.

My wife has an easy account with FNB and her account has been frozen. She is a foreigner in SA with a valid visa but every year we need to submit documents for FICA purposes to some KYC department. If you dont submit then your account gets frozen. This is the second time it happens. We received an email late in Feb 2023 and submitted a couple days later in early March. No response received or automated email and today her account is blocked again.
