Account blocked

Over a year ago I received an email from the *** email address asking me to fill in a form. Which I did, they rep**** asking me to change information, when I send back the form, they asked me to change it back. This went on for almost a year, and now they have blocked me from sending an overseas remittance, which I have to do every few months for bank fees! No one bothered to call me to resolve this issue and it is impossible to get hold of FNB from overseas. They do not answer their calls / and messages on the online chat go unanswered!
