Account blocked due to investment

I have been having issues with my account since 19 May 2023. I then call customer service on the 20th of May seeking for assistance. They then told me that my account was blocked due to *****. I was then given the contacts information of the person who is in charge of the case. I wasn't able to get hold of her, so I decided to go to a branch near me. They tried getting hold of her with no luck. I went back for the second time on the 7th of June. The lady at the branch was able to get hold of the person who is in charge of the case. I was told to email her with the information I have on the investment I had which led to my account to being blocked. Ever since I have been emailing the person who is in charge of the case but I haven't gotten any response on the way forward with the case.
