Account blocked can't make fnb payments

As you all know the situation with Sunny South Africa, everything takes long or don't even happen at all. Like me getting a reply will be the miracle of 2020.

Yah neh, so let me explain my dilemma. I lost my job, due to retrenchment. No shocker there, with all this Covid stuff. So I put in my claim for my @*** and they approved. But this is South Africa, so anything good news is too good to be true.

I received a payment from the UIF, and FNB Life was sorted. So I thought. @*** @*** was supposed to pay my revolving loan and my @*** credit card. UNFORTUNATELY, FNB Life only made 3 payments after I called them and followed up almost every day - THE PROMISE WAS 12 MONTHS, yah neh.

I tried to contact numerous times - but @FNB - Digital Banking – Online Banking and @FNB Premier was no help at all. Spend an hour a day on the phone trying to get hold of SOMEONE, ANYONE to point me in the right direction or to be of assistance. After an hour the call will be just dropped, leaving me frustrated and made me want to have a cigarette, but we were not allowed to share that zol.

And then, yes you guess right, the UIF payments stopped, last payment was in July. I only got 3 payments in total. So instead of waiting till 2021 to receive another payment, I app**** for a job overseas. I got an offer and tried once again to contact the bank and tell them I am going. No one cared to answer.

So the 21st of August I was on a plane.

So now I am overseas and want to pay money in my account again - but to my surprise, my Overdraft is just gone. Yes gone, dololoh. So that means all the money I paid now, is not showing on the balance, so then the Credit card and Revolving loan cant make debit orders from that account, and I want to pay my loans.

I contact my premium bankers on the Secure Chat on the FNB app. I almost spit out my coffee when I got a reply. Yes, I got a reply! What is this sorcery? Anyway, excited I tell the lovely lady Thulile my situation, and guess what? Yes, she can not help as she doesn't have access and I must call recoveries... because apparently my account is blocked.

So my lovely people from Mnanzi. How do I contact anyone from this side of the world so that my account can be unblocked, and my overdraft to be brought back? I want to put money in my account from here, so I can pay @*** and my Revolving loan
