Account blocked and I must visit Branch in SA while I am in Zambia, I was not party to this. WHy must I visit the branch and who will fly me to SA

FNB, you only respond to my help request because I used this platform. You blocked my account, I am not in the country and you expect me to visit branch when I am in Zambia? How and why must I? I got a call from kutloano yesterday, She assured me matter wil be taken up with department that blocked the card. I explained to her I am in Zambia and she called me on my Zambia number. Now I get a mail from FNB that I must go to the branch in order for them to help me. Was I party to FNB taking decision to hold my account? How did the external customer influence FNB to block my account? Did he have a case number? answer is No. customer was emotional and I ended up storing matter amicably with them. was I contacted even via mail before they put a hold? No. Will FNB fly me to SA to just go visit the branch? no. What you did to my account you did it online / on your system without consulting me. Why must I then go visit your branch? Tell me to visit Lusaka branch I will go there. Not fly to SA to fix this. Please I need this account opened Fwd: ACCOUNT BLOCKED [REF: ********** 3_ ********** 70]
