Account blocked and can't get help

You'd be better off putting your money under the mattress, my account has been blocked for months because of a transaction from Ozow. No one contacted me and every time I call they transfer me back and forth until they eventually cut the call.

They still take their monthly fee though and kept the money that was on my account.

If you gonna receive e-commerce payments, use ABSA!!!
