Account Blocked

I Moved my banking to Fnb.<br> <br> Not even 3 weeks later FNB blocked my account. And states that there is a problem with my proof of residence (at 16:00 in the after noon).The documents that i submitted to fica and at my nearest FNB branch (40km away from me.) <br> <br> I then phone FNB call center and the lady has a look at the documents they have and said every thing seems to be in order. That was 2 days ago. <br> <br> I call to follow up and have spoke to 2 other gentlemen but still no changes or feed back from fnb.
