Account block after actions taken

Utterly ****ed off after been at branch and updating my tax info as well as doing online and got confirmed from your end profile was updated via chat support with ref number I have , now you block my hard earned money after all my actions, I am horrified with the service I received .I knew this was not going to be resolved my guts feelings were right - especially recieving an SMS to say it will be blocked however your support confirmed to ignore I have it all in writing.
