Account being blocked 😔

My account was blocked at FNB and two weeks back Lunga called me from FNB stating that all matters has been resolved and that I can start using my account again ,but then I couldn't access my banking App then I went to the bank but I was told my account was permanently closed ,we called Lunga again and he said he will clear me on Monday ,yesterday I went there again only to found out that my account is still closed ,I don't know what to do anymore ,is it me or are all this banks ****s
