Good day
I received unauthorised debit order on Saturday for 140 and I disputed the debit order and I just find out that my card has be cancelled without my consent Please advice what is the reason for my card to be cancelled

I am not going to fill up any form for my card to be reinstated and if you cant resolve this issue please say it so that I can escalate it further
Who did you inform that my card was cancelled?
Now I am loosing loyalty point because I have to withdraw cash to pay everything I am doing now?
Where does your clause state that my card will be cancelled when I am disputing my debit order?
If cant resolve this issues feel free to tell me and I will get someone to solve this issue?
You didn’t even talk to me to discuss this matter and you have a nerve to send me such email?
