Account Activation Issues

I am trying for nearly a month to get my nieces youth account activated. I phone almost everyday, the representatives keep on transferring me in circles and I can not get this account sorted. What a bunch of idiots! does not look like there is 1 person in FNB that knows what they are doing. I want to close all my accounts and move to another bank.
