Account activation is in SNAIL mode with FNB!

I write this to FNB out of concern and frustration. On the 29 June 2021, I went to an FNB branch to open a Estate Late account as I was expecting some money from my late husband. I received a call on the 30 August 2021 from the company which I was awaiting the funds from, they advised that they tried to deposit the money but it keeps on bouncing and that I should to go the nearest branch to find out what is happending with the account. At the branch I was advised that the Estate Late account is not active as the letter of authority needs to be verified by the Masters. I opened this account on the 29 June 2021 and the account is still not active. FNB please can you help me because the money needs to be deposited and account is not active. Its already 2 month since I opened this account and still the account is not active. How long must I wait??? When will this account be verified because its two months already??? This matter cannot drag on any longer!!!!!
