I am so disappointed with how FNB is currently handling my case. It’s been over 2 weeks since have been asked to get an affidavit from the police about a credit transaction that appears to be a **** on my account. I have sent email and called , always been told that an investigator will call me back, and nothing till today. This is ridiculous
