Accomplice GBV against mother and her 3 children!

I had a credit account with FNB which I managed brilliantly well. In 2017 I was incarcerated by my abusive husband, he took my credit card without my knowledge or consent and went on a shopping sprees in Durban, Cape town and Johannesburg!

FNB failed to see the sudden change in spending pattern. They failed to communicate with me but handed my account over to legal and placed me on high risk level 3. FNB also blacklisted me.

I traveled out of South Africa for 22 months and returned ending 2019. I visited FNB and explained to them what had happened! That was when I found out I had been blacklisted for things I know nothing about! After internal investigation, FNB realised that they are wrong so I requested compensation then they became quiet!!!

This is very poor service bordering on GBV. This need to be stopped!
