Accidental transfer of money

I have made an accidental transfer from my one account to my credit card account which is not active I also do not have the credit card account.

I called customer care and they have informed me to send an email.

I have sent an email it has been 24hours since I have sent the email and have not received any response on the email.

I called again to follow up on the email and was informed by the credit card department that the response time is 48 hours and the department with the email adres does not have a direct telephone number to them and only works with an email address.

How does that work? How do you run a department that does not have a direct number?

Also, it is ridiculous that no can help you to get your money back
