Accident with FNB employer in company car

Good day, i submitted the letter below with evidence and correspondence to the ombudsman on 10 March 2021 via e-mail.

I am trying to get HR contact details as well to deal with this matter.

9 March 2021 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN RE: ACCIDENT AT BUTTSKOP ROAD AND JANE STREET, BLACKHEATH ON 26 NOVEMBER 2020 BETWEEN K HENN AND S HARRIS On 26 November 2020 at 06:20, Mr K Henn an employer from First National Bank collided with my car at Buttskop road and Jane Street, Blackheath. We exchanged details and completed an AR form. My husband had to take me to hospital to be assessed by doctors to confirm if I sustained any neck injuries in the accident. Mr Kenn informed us that he will report the incident to his employer. After several whatsapp messages between Mr Kenn and my husband we are still waiting on feedback from his employer. We have included all information relating to this incident. Your response will be very much appreciated. Ms Harris
