accident claim

We've done a claim with the insurance (accidental) and it's been 60days now with now feedback given unless we enquire it's an inconvenience dealing with the consultant who cannot give clear answers and he is rude as well, We believe that we've waited our time and would like feedback as we being inconvenienced because of someone not doing their work.
