Accident Claim

I am extremely frustrated with FNB vehicle insurance. I made a claim on the 29th of April 2024(Car accident) and till today (07 June 2024) there has been no clear indication or feedback as to what will happen next with the vehicle. I have sent numerous emails and made calls almost everyday, but no one takes accountability as to what should happen next. I made the biggest mistake to switch to FNB insurance
